Buyers and sellers, we have good news: The housing market is normalizing.
There were 113 active listings, 167 pending homes, and 79 sold homes in February in the Liberty area. The average price of a sold home was $419,363 and it spent an average of 42 days on the market.
Meanwhile, in the Parkville area, there were 49 active listings, 49 pending sales, and 28 sales in February. The average home sold for $496,246 and spent 77 days on the market.
